  Made me feel very welcome. I came in to make an exchange, but what I wanted was not available so I was aided in a new purchase at the best possible price with grace by the associate. Sales Associate also helped me set up my Mobile app. Very patient and wonderful to work with. Sorry I cannot remember her name. If given a multiple choice, I could pick it out! :-)

  Ann Taylor loft is my favorite store. I am 38 and have 2 young kids but I still want to wear fun items that are comfortable. Every outfit I have ever purchased from Loft has received numerous compliments! You can always score a good deal as this particular store as an awesome sale selection.
