  Usually the staff here is friendly, but today I experienced THE worst customer service I've ever had. The clerk (David) was rude to the kids at the counter ahead of us and was equally rude to me, my brother in-law and son when we approached. I admit; I did make a simple mistake by having my underage son help me carry an item to the counter (honestly didn't even think it was an issue). Instead of the clerk explaining "why", (the policy) he was simply a complete jerk about the whole thing (I'll spare you all the details) If he had taken 30 seconds to explain the policy, I would have understood. (Ridiculous policy anyway, since they sell you all the other alcohol in hand.) Now I know and won't make that mistake again, but I'll literally go out of my way to shop somewhere else moving forward... So tired of lousy customer service.
