  I have been going to Studio 101 for a couple of years now. Bob does excellent work and has extremely reasonable prices for his work. He has sized a few rings for us flawlessly, he replaced a lost heart-shaped synthetic ruby on one of my wife's rings for a huge savings over ordering it myself, and he fused my wife's wedding and engagement bands and polished my ring for our anniversary. He is very knowledgeable and we always had a very quick turn around time as well. Super satisfied!

  Absolutely rude! Asked way too many questions about the worth of my ring making it untrustworthy. I asked for ring sizing for MY ENGAGEMENT RING from ZALES and they attempted to sell me a ring over the phone and insulted me. Claiming that the cost of this ring to be sized would be worth more than the ring itself and "he could sell me one better" ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! What a waste of time, horrible customer service. If i could rate this experience negative I most definitely would.

  Website says open 11-3 on Saturday. No one there at 11:05. Called the owner said he'd be there in an hour. Returned at 12:20, still no one there. He lost my business.
